The Deputy Manager will report directly to the Manager.
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
* Excellent interpersonal skills and professional approach to early
childhood education and care
* Minimum Level 8 BA Degree in Early Childhood Education
* 3 years? experience in a leadership role
* HighScope Training desirable
* Computer skills ? knowledge of word & publisher essential.
* Ability to facilitate groups and manage staffing when necessary
* Excellent organisational skills
* Experience of working with school-aged children and preschool
children
* A child centred approach to working with children
